New tour of Duong Lam ancient village
The best way to find out how the Vietnamese farmers live is to join a day trip to the ancient village of Duong Lam. The short excursion will offer travelers an opportunity to bike in the authentic countryside, to plant rice on the real rice fields and to learn how to make Vietnamese traditional courses.
Duong Lam village is the maintain style of ferralitic architecture over 4000 years ago only far away 50km from North West of Hanoi.
The tour will start around 08am from Hanoi. Leaving the hotel, travelers will enjoy two-hour drive south-west Hanoi. Pass through the surprisingly little noise of bike horns, take the short biking follow the narrow clay road to the old village, travelers will bike along the paddy rice field in the countryside, the green plantation, small channel water, thin bamboo bridge show on the river with small boats waiting in the shading trees.

Keep biking to the Mia pagoda where was built in 15th century containing 287 statues of different sizes and more Ngo Quyen temple, Phung Hung temple before returning by the private car to home.
