It is located on a relatively quiet street in the middle of the old town near Hoan Kiem lake. The staff is friendly and eager to please, and they offer a substantial western or Vietnamese breakfast, including fresh juice and fruit, as part of the cost. Vegetarian friendly.
The front rooms have balconies overlooking the street, which was charming. Even though it’s right near the lake, the street itself is too narrow to have much traffic, and so we found it to be quiet and interesting, with lots of neighborhood action going on.
There is a nice clean restaurant down the street which I would also recommend, Rainbow Restaurant, where you can get Vietnamese food and lovely fruit juices.
